How this was made
Travel times come from Timeshed, an own RAPTOR implementation over the
MCTS GTFS schedule joined to an OpenStreetMap walking graph. Each block's value is the mean over departures every 10 minutes
across the two-hour window. Jobs are 2023 LODES workplace counts by block; blocks are 2020 TIGER.
